Beckham's Winter ONEderland!!!

Our handsome, so cute, so sweet, so smart, so loving Beckham boy turned 1 YEAR OLD on December 22!!! We had a "Winter ONEderland" theme for his party!

I displayed pictures of Beckham throughout his first year of life...I still can't believe it went so FAST!!!!

After eating dinner, we sang happy birthday to our adorable boy!!

Beckham, unlike baby Ashton, was not shy at all and dug right into his cake! Ashton was concerned and ran into the kitchen, grabbed a fork, and gave it to his little brother. Haha! We had to gently explain to Ashton that it was alright for Beckham to eat the cake with his hands since it was his first birthday!

We had Ashton's first birthday party in Idaho too...here are the boys, side by side, in the same highchair, chowing down on some gooood cake!

Beckham adds so much happiness and spunk to our family!! He lights up any room and is quick to connect with others. He is still a momma's boy (for now!) and I wouldn't have it any other way. He gets SO excited when Daddy comes home and gives the best hugs and open mouth kisses. He loves to wave and blow kisses and when he giggles, his whole body shakes. I love it. 

Beckham loves his big brother so much and imitates him all day long. They are best friends and Beckham will win a wrestling match with Ashton any day! Beckham is so bright and intelligent and thinks he is the same age as Ashton. He keeps up pretty well! Beckham comes with me to Nursery in church every week since I am the song leader. Even though he still has 6 months before he is old enough to "officially" attend, he fits right in. When Beckham was just 10 months old, we started noticing that he was saying, "Aaahhhh" at the end of every prayer, which is his way of saying, "Amen!"

Beckham has always been physically advanced. He started crawling at 6 months and was walking by 10 months. He is absolutely fearless and will plow through anything. He is a tough little guy and rarely cries in pain. He is very headstrong and stubborn, both characteristics which I know will help him be successful in life. 

Beckham is a perfect son of God and we just LOOOOOOOVE him so so much!! We are beyond grateful for his sweet, loving spirit in our home. We love you Beckham boy!
