Mother of six plus two dogs...AGAIN!!! :)

We had the awesome opportunity to take care of one of our favorite families again, remember them? As usual, the kids were amazing and we had a blast!! Their parents went on a Mexican cruise and we were left in charge for an insanely busy week. 

I had a 9-page manual that kept me sane throughout the week. Each day started at 6:15 am with family scripture study and was packed to the brim with early morning seminary, school, piano lessons, violin lessons, chiropractor appointments, volleyball, orthodontist appointments, Activity Days, a music concert, Mutual, an egg drop competition, a Halloween dance youth dance, a primary performance rehearsal, and Trunk-or-Treat....not to mention my prenatal appointments and an Auxiliary training meeting. PHEW!!! 

The most unfortunate part of the week was Amber getting sick. We later found out it was whooping cough, so Ashton, Nelson and I and the rest of their family all were put on antibiotics. There is quite the outbreak of whooping cough here in Bozeman and  I am so grateful that none of the rest of us caught it.


I truly caught a glimpse of what my life will look like in 10 years. Exciting, BUSY, and fun!

The best part about this week is we ALL survived, just barely!! ;) What a crazy fun time!

As tradition required, we had to play Risk!

We were super busy, but we also had lots of fun! :) Ashton loves all the kids SO much and had the time of his life!!

Ashton got some Nike shoes which he is in LOVE with. Like father, like son. :) He doesn't even want to take them off when we are at home.

Happy Halloween!!! Here is the CUTEST little cowboy!! Nelson made his little chaps and Ashton is wearing Nelson's old cowboy boots which are only 2 sizes too big! He had a pretty cute cowboy shuffle going on! ;)

What a fun week!! I just cannot say enough nice things about the Barton family. Ashton is still talking about them and all the fun we had. They are such great examples for us and we will miss them SO much when we move!!
